Yes, therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, improve relationships, and feel more in control of your life. While it’s not a quick fix, many people experience meaningful, lasting change over time.

The cost of therapy can vary depending on the type of session and your specific needs. We aim to keep our services accessible and transparent, and you can find detailed pricing information on our fees page.

We accept many major insurance providers, including plans like Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Molina, and others. If you don’t see your insurance listed, you can always reach out to confirm coverage.

You can choose to privately pay, as long as the therapist is not contracted with your insurance provider. Full payment is due at the time of service, and in some cases, sliding fee scale may be offered, but not guaranteed.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments may incur a fee depending on your insurance type. We recommend providing 24 hour advance notice if you need to reschedule to avoid charges.
